One of the most important elements Ecosystem Restoration is forest restoration activities that include flora and fauna habitat selection. Forest restoration activities should be able to repair and restore the structure and function of natural habitat. During this time, restoration activity in Hutan Harapan has resulted of important lesson learnt. It has been documented in the form of knowledge products such as manuals, guidelines, fact sheets, and posters. This knowledge products should need to be introduced and disseminated to the public. In order to introduce and dissemination of knowledge products on one aspect of forest restoration, then Burung Indonesia and the University of Copenhagen (UOC) in collaboration with Operasi Wallacea Terpadu Foundation (OWT) as part of the Danish Support to Harapan Rainforest (DSHRF) organized Training for Trainers on Forest Restoration Techniques. This training is expected to be attended by representatives of government agencies in the field of forestry, the holders of IUPHHK-RE, students, and non-governmental organizations.
